Marketing Assistant (part-time)

LPEA, the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, plays an active role in the development and promotion of the private equity and venture capital sector in Luxembourg. With over 180 corporate members and reaching out to a community of 5000 professionals in Luxembourg and abroad, LPEA is key to support a sector representing a fast-growing part of Luxembourg’s financial centre.

We are looking to expand our team by hiring a part-time resource who will support the Marketing and Communication Manager in the activities presented below.

We look for a dynamic and flexible junior or seasoned marketing professional with particular experience in digital communication and some level of knowledge of the financial sector.

Description of activities:

  • Event management of national and international conferences/ workshops;
  • Social media & content coordinator;
  • Website and database management;
  • Market research and;
  • Support to multiple internal projects.

Candidate profile:

  • Degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Journalism;
  • Work experience of 1-2 years in similar position;
  • Fluent in English and French. German would be an asset;
  • Work experience of 1 to 2 years, preferably in the financial industry, marketing or communications;
  • Prior experience in a position related to social media and content generation;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Knowledge of WordPress and CRM tools;
  • Knowledge of design software would be an asset;
  • Proficient with the Pack Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Creative mind-set/ detail oriented;
  • Proactive and positive approach;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team;
  • Flexibility to cope with a small and multi-tasked team and;
  • Flexibility to attend events in Luxembourg and occasionally abroad.

Conditions:

  • Part-time (20h/ week)
  • CDI
